Returns
We want you to love your Zitrina & Co. purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may
return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
● Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to Return:
1. Email us at info@zitrina.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to
return.
2. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Please
note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7
business days, minus the original shipping charges.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return the original
item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, email us at info@zitrina.com within 24
hours of receiving with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
